GENERAL SUPPLIES REQUIRED DAILY FOR ALL CLASSES: Items should be replaced throughout the year

• 1 fun folder (NOT red or yellow)
• wired ear buds or headphones (no wireless)
• 1 fabric pencil case
• 24 sharpened pencils (NOT mechanical)
• 6 BLUE or BLACK ballpoint pens
• 2 ultra-fine BLACK sharpies
• 2 RED ballpoint pens
• 5 large glue sticks
• 1 pair scissors
• 4 packs 3"x5" lined index cards
• 3 large boxes of tissues
• 1 container of disinfecting wipes

Social Studies 5

ELA/Reading 5

Spanish 5 or French 5

Music 5 (All 5th graders will have Music half of the year opposite Art)
